お手入れ方法
当社の洗濯機洗い可能な靴は、デリケートな洗濯サイクルにも耐えられる丈夫な素材で作られています。品質を維持し、適切に洗浄するために、以下の手順に従ってください。
- 洗濯前：靴紐とインソールを取り外してください。
- 置き方：靴をデリケート衣類用洗濯ネット（枕カバーでも可）に入れてください。
- 洗濯方法：冷水を使用し、中性洗剤で弱水流コースで洗濯してください。
- 乾燥方法：余分な水分を振り落とし、自然乾燥させてください。乾燥機は使用しないでください。
ヒント：靴は1、2回履くと元の形に戻ります。
洗濯機で洗えない靴は、素材を保護し長持ちさせるために、優しく手洗いすることをお勧めします。以下の手順に従ってください。
- 表面の清掃：柔らかいブラシを使って、表面の汚れを取り除いてください。
- 手洗い：ぬるま湯に中性洗剤を少量混ぜ、柔らかいブラシで靴を優しくこすってください。
- 拭き取り：湿らせた布で余分な洗浄液を拭き取ってください。
- 乾燥方法：インソールを取り外し、直射日光や暖房器具を避けて、室温で自然乾燥させてください。
注：キャンバス地や合成皮革などの一部の素材は、洗濯機で洗うと型崩れしたり、破損したりする場合があります。

We offer free shipping to most countries.

2. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
If the phone case you received is severely damaged or unusable (e.g., cracked, bent, or cannot be installed properly), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Minor cosmetic issues such as light scratches or slight packaging damage are not considered product defects and do not qualify for a return.
If you wish to return the item for other reasons, it will be treated as a regular return, and a restocking fee of up to 35% may apply. We also reserve the right to deduct outbound shipping costs from the refund.
3. When will I receive the refund?
After receiving your return, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to credit back to your original payment (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit card: 3-5 days). If you still have any problem about refund, please get in touch with us at support@tomosshop.com, we will reply you as soon as possible.
