高品質の革：高品質の馬革を選ぶことは非常に重要です。その厚みと丈夫さにより、洗濯工程でも革の形状が維持されます。
精密な洗浄工程：洗浄工程では、革の質感を高めつつ、過度の損傷や色あせを防ぐために、水温、洗浄時間、洗浄頻度を慎重に管理する必要があります。

注記
当社の革製品は、革の質感や手染めの工程の違いにより、それぞれが異なります。
実際の製品の色は、照明源やユーザーのコンピュータの設定の違いにより、画面表示と多少異なる場合があります。
ご注文をいただいてから靴を製作いたしますが、密封包装で発送するため、お届け後数日間は風通しの良い場所に置いておく必要があります。
メンテナンス方法
靴は暗く、風通しの良い乾燥した場所に保管し、他の革製品と重ねて保管しないでください。
靴を履いた後は、柔らかい布や柔らかいブラシを使って、靴のアッパー部分についたほこりや汚れなどを取り除いてください。
濡れた場合は、20～30分ごとに靴の中の新聞紙を2～3回交換し、自然乾燥させてから使用してください。
熱風乾燥や直射日光を避けてください。

About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
If the phone case you received is severely damaged or unusable (e.g., cracked, bent, or cannot be installed properly), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Minor cosmetic issues such as light scratches or slight packaging damage are not considered product defects and do not qualify for a return.
If you wish to return the item for other reasons, it will be treated as a regular return, and a restocking fee of up to 35% may apply. We also reserve the right to deduct outbound shipping costs from the refund.
3. When will I receive the refund?
After receiving your return, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to credit back to your original payment (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit card: 3-5 days). If you still have any problem about refund, please get in touch with us at support@tomosshop.com, we will reply you as soon as possible.
