1. 靴のアッパーには、牛革、馬革、カーフスキン、シープスキン、ディアスキンを主に使用しています。きめ細やかで快適な感触、豊かな質感、光沢、透明感のある粒子、優れた弾力性、そして一定の防水性と防御性能を備え、扱いやすさも抜群です。
2. 内側は通気性に優れた高品質本革を使用し、きめ細やかな毛穴で快適な履き心地で、足をよりしっかりと保護します。ライニングとインソールには、豚革、牛革、カーフスキン、シープスキン、ディアスキンなど、厳選した素材を使用しています。
3. 滑り止めと耐摩耗性に優れたアウトソール。柔らかく、滑り止め、衝撃吸収、耐摩耗性などの特性を備え、優れた弾力性と防水性を備え、快適な履き心地を実現します。

注記
当社の革製品は、革の質感や手染めの工程により、一点一点異なります。
実際の製品の色は、照明源やユーザーのコンピュータの設定の違いにより、画面表示と多少異なる場合があります。
ご注文をお受けした後に靴を製作する場合、密封した状態で発送するため、換気する時間がないため、パッケージを受け取ってから数日間は換気する必要があります。
メンテナンス方法
靴は暗くて風通しがよく乾燥した場所に保管し、他の革製品と重ねて保管しないでください。
靴を履いた後は、柔らかい布や柔らかいブラシを使用して、靴のアッパーに付着したホコリや泥などの汚れを落とします。
濡れた場合は、20～30分程度おきに靴の中の新聞紙を2～3回入れ替え、自然乾燥させてからお召し上がりください。
熱風乾燥や直射日光を避けてください。

2. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
If the phone case you received is severely damaged or unusable (e.g., cracked, bent, or cannot be installed properly), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Minor cosmetic issues such as light scratches or slight packaging damage are not considered product defects and do not qualify for a return.
If you wish to return the item for other reasons, it will be treated as a regular return, and a restocking fee of up to 35% may apply. We also reserve the right to deduct outbound shipping costs from the refund.
3. When will I receive the refund?
After receiving your return, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to credit back to your original payment (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit card: 3-5 days). If you still have any problem about refund, please get in touch with us at support@tomosshop.com, we will reply you as soon as possible.
